Randy and his dad, Pops Chavez, had a vision of bringing the best tacos and tamales to Northwest Indiana. Randy spent the summer of 2018 working with a Taquero learning the trade. Randy then spent the winter of 2018 perfecting his spices and has now made the perfect taco! The Chavez Family
